Would you believe me if I told you I've already made (around) 400 phone calls this week? And it's only Wednesday! After a busy week, getting seven deals over the line last week, we're back on it this week; speaking to clients, lenders, solicitors and other brokers, the list is endless, but that's how I love to work! Particularly when working with investors from overseas, it's not just a 9-5 job, but I'm doing this not only for myself but for my family. The flexibility at Property Finance Group is terrific; for instance, it's allowing me to spend time with my son, doing the school run, and getting home at night to read him a bedtime story before speaking with a client in the States. In the past, I would have had to stay in the office, missing these precious moments. And this is what I tell my clients: make time for these moments while you can; if you need to move a meeting with us to take your child to school, do it.
