Danish next-gen invoicing platform boosts pre-seed funding to €1.1 million with new investors Copenhagen-based Dealflow - Invoicing has extended its pre-seed funding round to €1.1 million. The funding came from a mix of existing and new investors, including Petter Made, Ralf Reichert, Thorbjørn Rønje, Daniel Dippold’s Ewor, and several business angels like Quinten Selhorst, Erik Hallum, and Alexandros Bottenbruch. This follows a significant $700,000 pre-seed round reported in December 2023, which was one of the highest-valued rounds in the Nordic region for that year. Dealflow plans to use this investment to enhance its platform and onboard more companies. This significant infusion of capital comes from a mix of new and returning investors, underscoring strong confidence in Dealflow's vision and potential. The funding round saw contributions from notable figures in the venture capital landscape, including unicorn founders Petter Made and Ralf Reitchert, and Venture Capital GP Thorbjørn Rønje. Talent investor group EWOR, led by Daniel W. Dippold, along with prominent business angels Quinten Selhorst, Erik Hallum, and Alexandros Bottenbruch, also played significant roles. Dealflow, founded by Sid Mudgal and Seb Haugeto, is on a mission to revolutionize invoicing for small and medium-sized businesses. By leveraging advanced technologies, the company aims to enhance financial operations with automation and real-time financial solutions, empowering businesses to operate more efficiently. The newly acquired funds are earmarked for further development of Dealflow's promising web app. This app has already shown substantial promise by significantly increasing user engagement and processing volumes in its initial phases.
