On the 5th of August, the Michaelhouse Jazz Band showcased their talent at the "All Stars Shine: A Showcase of KZN Schools Talent" concert held at The Playhouse Theatre. Among several skilled school and community ensembles, I am proud to say the Michaelhouse boys delivered an impressive performance, receiving enthusiastic applause.
Gqamile Mbuyazi and Luneziwe Mshengu's vocal prowess stirred the crowd, evoking cheers and applause midway through their songs. The concert ended in a finale featuring all the participating ensembles performing a mass item.
Michaelhouse extends its gratitude to Natalie Rungan and The Playhouse Theatre for their gracious hosting and the opportunity to perform in such an iconic South African venue.
