This is a testament to their hard work and dedication. They have also successfully installed miles of utilities and reshaped over a 100-acre development, which is a remarkable feat. The success of this project is not just about individual achievements, but also about the collective effort and collaboration. The resilience and teamwork demonstrated by our designer and site work subcontractor in overcoming project challenges is a clear reflection of the high caliber of our team. We are truly grateful for their efforts.

Lume, Menlo Park, CA 441 Apartment "Congratulations to the Greystar Construction and Development team for receiving the first TCO for Lume. This project is an all-electric building with a fully automatic parking system. The engineering and innovation required to accomplish this is a testament to what can happen when intelligent and motivated people come together to design and build a more efficient way of parking. Additionally, to build and design a building that does not require the use of fossil fuel is a win all around! Cheers!"
