What a great local business going from strength to strength.

After 14 years + 2 days of marriage, here's my best advice: Find a partner who makes you a better person. From the beginning of our marriage, Judson's sense of adventure and endless encouragement led me down the most incredible path. Here's a list of things I would have never done without him in my life: 1. Complete 2 sprint triathlons 2. Overcome my fear of open-water swimming (discovered this while training for #1 😂 ) 3. Complete a Century Ride 4. Camp in a tent for more than 1 night 5. Leave my corporate job after 13 years 6. Eat Chick-fil-A more than once a week 7. Jump off a cliff into a waterfall 8. Change thousands of dirty diapers for 3 kids 9. Learn the joy of a good whiteboard session 10. Launch my own business 11. Develop a personal relationship with God Can't wait to see what we accomplish in the next 14! 😁 #advice

The 6th principle of co-ops is "Cooperation among Cooperatives," and we've experienced it first-hand. But even beyond that, so many people who aren't in co-ops have supported our transition and learned about co-ops in the process. Every one of you who gave us advice, worked with us, hired us, or helped spread the word are progressing the co-op movement and a more equitable workforce more than you may even realize.

So this company has me blocked from making comments! 1099 companies are terrible for healthcare! They do not offer their independent contractors the benefits they deserve. They deliberately misclassify these people as contractors instead of workers, just to avoid paying payroll taxes and the costs of benefits. The Labor Dept is cracking down on these companies and many facilities are being sued and viewed to be the real employer, thus requiring them to pay the back payroll taxes and benefits for these workers. In addition, if there are problems with employee performance, there is not much of an office staff to address those issues. Their credentialling processes are poor because they are not healthcare professionals who really care. When these workers have pay issues, they go through so much stress to get paid what they are due. There are SO many reasons to avoid hiring 1099 agencies! Google this matter and read the facts!

2023 has been one for the record books!   We set some truly big-hairy-audacious-goals (BHAGs) at the beginning of the year.   Goals that are not achievable with a "business-as-usual" approach.   But that's one of the things I love about our team...   Business-as-usual is not in our vocabulary.   We are always...   Improving. Innovating. Evolving.   And because each team member is committed to continuous improvement in how we as a company approach and execute client transformations,   We crushed those goals.   We have been able to...   deliver better results, decrease time-to-value, and help the people we work with at each client succeed and shine.   All while adding 12 new team members this year.   Like attracts like. And we like to make a difference…   For organizations. For teams. For individuals.   So on to 2024 and a whole new set of BHAGs.    Let the fun begin!   Wishing you nothing but health, wealth, and endless blessings in the New Year ahead!
