Happy Sunday, everybody. Welcome, welcome, welcome. This is Stacey Stills from Queendom Care, where we help women to overcome burnout and release the weight of the world worry. Feelings of unworthiness to reclaim their power, their peace and their purpose and to day. This week's affirmation is going to help us to reclaim our peace so that we can walk in our purpose with power. Now that is powerful. This week's affirmation is gonna help us to. Reclaim our peace so that we can walk and our purpose with power. So just a little quick story before we get into the affirmation. So I've worked with so many women in different capacities over the last 15 or 20 years as a fitness coach, as a nutritionist coach, and now combining it all together as a holistic Wellness specialist and. The bottom line is this. We are all. Surviving. Trying to do all the things we are all looking for more. Better. And in the mix of that desire to do more, to have more to. Satisfy a unfulfilled desire no matter what that is rather that's our weight, rather that's the way we look rather that is more money in the bank rather that is a career rather that is having. More possessions. Most of us are in a cycle of. Going, doing, getting. And it is taking a toll on our mind, our bodies and our spirits. And so today's affirmation is this. There is no time like the present to take care of me. And I just want you to take some time with that. Because I tell you. Affirmations have been my saving grace this mine up here over the years. Has cycled out of control. It has been down, it's been overzealous, it's been protective, it's been all the things. But when I tell you, being able to affirm God's word over my life has been. A life saver for me. It keeps me. And it keeps me in power, it keeps me in peace, and it keeps me on purpose, right? And so each time that I have encountered coaching, which is always an amazing experience, it's always challenging and amazing. I've always focused on the mindset and I've always focused on the emotional health of my my clients and those ladies that I come in contact with because everything we do flows from those things. Everything we do flows from the heart, flows from the emotion, and the emotions are so connected to the mind, to the fault. So today I want you to speak over yourself and speak over your life. There is no present time like the present. There is no time like the present. To take care of myself, There is no better time than the present to take care of myself. And The thing is this. Taking care of yourself may look different for everyone. It is going to look different for everyone. My taking care of myself is gonna look different from your taking care of yourself. Different seasons of our lives are going to look different taking care of ourselves. And so I have two things for you #1. Because I am It is my purpose in this season to serve women in a different way. It is my purpose in this season to show women the value of. Burnout prevention, the value of REST, the value of savath and how actually. Success is in the rest. Success is in the rest. I remember a few years ago. When I was in a a state of burnout and I had to redefine what success looked like for me. Because up until that point, success was numbers, accomplishments, achievements, all of these things were was successful for me. And I really had to redefine what success looked like for me. And a part of that definition was that in order for me to be productive. I have to rest, so rest was a big part of my success plan and it still is to this day. This is why I'm so passionate about teaching other women about this. But nonetheless. Two things that affirmations audio ebook, just hearing it in your ears, closing your eyes and actually inhaling the essence of the affirmation and then exhaling all of the stress, all of the worry, all of the tire, all of the exhaustion, all of those things out. OK, so there is no better time than the present to take care of me. That is what I want you to speak over yourself today. That is what I want. Want to speak over yourself this week? And I actually want you to start to think about what does that mean? What does self-care look like for me? Yes, we want our nails to look good. Yes we want to get our hair done. But internally, what do your soul need? What do your mind need? What does your body need from you at any given moment? That is what I want to know. That is what I want you to ponder and assess. Until next time Queens, remember that you are royalty. Adjust your crown and your self-care is your birthright. So I am royalty, you are royalty and self-care is our birthright. I woke up this morning still thinking about affirmations and what I need to accomplish on this fine February morning and something stuck me - I do the daily affirmations but I do not always project those same sentiments outward. If you know me, you know that I like to bring some levity, when possible, to interactions. I love making people giggle, smirk, and even pile on. Life shouldn’t be so serious. However I do that at my own expense. I leverage self-deprecation.
I know why. I don’t need anyone to tell me.
It’s like in high school, if you had a blemish- call it out so no one else can embarrass you. That’s carried over and now I use that same humor to beat you to pointing out my faults. Oh man! I really need to stop this. How can I believe my own words if I contradict them to others? If I want others to hear me, to know my value, that I’m worthy why say otherwise? I’m not saying this to change other’s minds but rather to continue to shape my own.
Oh, I’ll still bring the levity. That’s just who I am but today I’m going to tell myself to leverage the confident humor when the default is to downplay myself.

A resolution is a decision to do or not to do something. They often focus on LACK, LIMITATION, FORCE.
Affirmations are positive, true, statements that give encouragement and support. They focus on OPTIMISM, POSSIBILITY, CHOICE.

They're similar, and have the same goal, but I find affirmations are so much kinder. And if we can find ways to be kinder to ourselves, we can achieve so much more.
