Demo:60 was honored to have such a presence at Dell Tech World in Vegas last week. Our videos appeared in one primary installation (Multicloud) and in several hands-on areas throughout. Lots to behold over 3-4 days, but my three takeaways from Dell Tech World, which was all about AI, are: 1. Data Centers are HOT! They're overheating, overwhelmed and ill-equipped to handle data crunching demanded by AI. As a result, everywhere you turned there was talk of liquid cooling to create more efficient DCs.  2. AI-guided outcomes will be everywhere. But outcomes are only as good as your data. Consider a data warehouse clean-up project to help maximize business value. Mike Bechtel, Chief Futurist at Deloitte, had some fascinating points on this. 3. Blended worlds: Cloud and on-prem living together, like cats and dogs. Mass hysteria. Software-defined storage allows you to move data up, down, and around based on need, security and workload requirements. And with no data lock-in. Oh, there was a 'pet'trifying robot dog that growled. And Jerry Seinfeld was there.  😎

#TheFullCircle 8yrs ago when I was in #FleishmanHillard, a client asked, I want to showcase customer success, can you think of ideas? We started looking around for inspiration and gave 2 ideas. The first idea was implemented the same year. The second was a bit tricky. I had seen a video of a futuristic world and how everything is automated from waking up to the end of the day. That gave me an idea- how about today's representation of 'A Day in the Life of' featuring how technology silently enables every single brand that a consumer touches? A couple of years later, I joined the same organisation. I took on customer storyletting for #VMwareExplore. At the SEAK management meeting, as I was presenting, Mark Soo asked, can we do a video like what the EMEA team did- A day in the life of. I smiled. Didnt know what the Gods were thinking. It had been almost 8 years since that idea was presented and I had seen similar attempts done but limited for internal reference. 4 months to Explore and getting a video external ready with customer approvals to be played at the event sounded like an uphill task. I have seen the #SEAK team perform and if anyone could - it was this team. This was our last #VMwareExplore before VMware's new journey with Broadcom and I am glad I could live this dream.
