It comes to ensuring that whatever function that you're creating from a digital experience can be supported regardless of what technology is changed... A CRM for instance can be critical for a digital experience. If I'm using a CRM, it should have common interfaces where data can flow... It means that I can change from one CRM to another and have it not disrupt my digital experience. It means that it would still feel like the same platform. 💬 ✅ Seamless data flow ✅ Flexible and future-proofed tech ✅ Consistent user experiences
