Several developments by ARE, Sterling Bay, Longfellow, and others deliver in 2024 – 2025. The effects this will have on the life science community will be interesting, driving clear market saturation. It should pave the way for more tenant improvements to optimize the tenant experience and maximize the value of their operational goals. The big question is, will the developers continue to add to their pipeline over the short term?

Exciting news for Ramsgate! 🎉 Pascall+Watson, Curl la Tourelle Head Architecture, and Jan Kattein Architects are collaborating on five key development projects to transform the town's Port and Harbour area, leveraging a generous £19.8 million in Levelling Up funds. One of the most ambitious initiatives being led by Pascall+Watson is designing a fishing facility at Ramsgate Royal Harbour's East Crosswall. This project not only rejuvenates the local fishing industry but also generates new job opportunities and drives economic growth 💼📈.  Additionally, Pascall+Watson's plans to enhance exiting port infrastructure by designing two roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) berths, paving the way for potential cargo transport services 🚢.
