📢 This just in! 📢 CMS is proposing a new Patient-Reported Outcome-Based Performance Measure (PRO-PM) called Patient Understanding of Key Information Related to Recovery After a Facility-Based Outpatient Procedure or Surgery (Information Transfer PRO-PM). This measure aims to enhance patient care by focusing on their understanding of crucial recovery information post-procedure. 🗓️ Key Dates: Voluntary Reporting: Begins in the CY 2025 reporting period.
