I totally resonate with this. This is a good reference of how I should continue to accord self care and how I recharge REST Catch up on some much-needed sleep. There will be endless amount of work, gods dietó meant i have the energy and reset I need to go further l. NOURISHMENT Cooking a nourishing meal for myself. I need to do better in this area as I have the tendency to skip meals when I get into the workaholic mode. REFLECTION Spending time journaling and meditating. To me, that would meant being prayerful. ALONE TIME Reconnecting with my inner self through a long walk.Ithis is especially vital for introvert like me - it’s a time to pause, and listen to the sound of your thoughts CREATION Working on a creative project that lights me up. CONNECTION Strengthening my bonds with loved ones. NATURE: Enjoying nature with a hike in the great outdoors. Nothing like a walk in the forest with birds chirping and being among tree that refreshes my senses MOVEMENT Staying active with a workout session. Remember, self-care is a personal journey. Financial Service Provider - I work with people to find financial planning & investment strategies to help better manage their wealth.
Slow down! We live in a capitalist society that never rests. That doesn't mean that YOU should never rest. There will always be something to do... So you might as well take your time and take breaks! This is easier said than done. Please at least try every day and every week to do something that fills your cup! Examples - Reflection: I talk to myself and my therapist about my feelings (good and bad) Nourishment: I love stir fry and curry. Lots of veggies in one meal, and it tastes great! Connection: Go to an event about something you enjoy. For me, that's anime and videogame conventions! (AWA was amazing). Creation: I set a 15 minute timer to either practice bass guitar or teach myself how to juggle! I also do puzzles for fun.

Some positive news today about inflation and experts expect it to fall to the Bank of England’s 2% target rate within the next 2-3months. Unlikely there would be any change to interest rates tomorrow when the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meets, but it’s certainly encouraging to see inflation on a downward trend 📉. Hopefully, interest rates follow suit, which should result in a greater level of activity in the housing market and help more first time buyers especially, achieve their dreams of owning their homes. #inflation #interestrates

Some good news on inflation as the PM claims credit below. It would be useful to over lay this chart to show interest rates which are squeezing the cash and “lifeblood” out of family and business budgets. Get rates down to 3.5% and maintain inflation at less than 3.5% and then we’ll all be making progress.

Psst....It's American Heart Month. While doing our research on how to achieve better heart health, we came across this incredible video and learned something: Small changes can do the trick, but only if they fit into your everyday life. Small changes that work for you - that’s where it’s at! 🥕 Don’t like eating vegetables? Try sneaking them into a smoothie. 👟 Don’t like running? Try roller skating. 🏋️♀️ Don’t like working out for an hour straight? Do ½ hour in the morning and ½ hour in the evening. 🏥 Not sure what programs might help you? Visit your local community pharmacy to see what they have to offer. Do what works for YOU. But make sure you do it, because we’d like to see you here, same time next year, happier and healthier. Member pharmacies, reach out to us today to access heart health programs you can offer to your customers! #AmericanHeartMonth #LiveToTheBeat #Pharmacists #AAPARX #Healthcare #IndependentPharmacy https://hubs.li/Q02jwxXY0

How Unaware And Ignorant For The Reality Is Our Politicians And Governments Actually? Just read this post from the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak and it hits me, is this only a conscious charade and do they actually think people are that stupid to believe that? Trust me, I fully understand what he is trying to say and convince the people about and ofcourse it is good that inflation goes down, but there is one highly important aspect that is left out in this equation. #Oliveoil has still increased in price with 100% and cost 15€/bottle and now the only difference is that the price will continue to increase but only in a slower pace. I cannot even enter the supermarket without having to spend 25€ and what do I get for that amount? But no worries, next year the Government tells me this visit will only cost me 25,85€ when it used to cost me around 12,50€. So tell me, how is this good for the people compared to the country considering the revenue in terms of VAT and taxes? #inflationstories #inflationscam #inflation #rishisunak
