Are you hitting the mark? 😥 😥 Understanding to whom you sell your services or products is important as a business owner. So, let’s break it down: you need to consider four primary audience types. 1. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫: The User is at the heart of it all. They’re the ones who interact or going to use your product or service directly. To reach them effectively, focus on simplicity, usability, and solving their pain points. 2. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫: These are the folks who open their wallets. They might be the same as the Users, but not always (This one is the most important as they are going to pay you 😅😝) Payers evaluate the value they’ll get in return for their hard-earned money. So, your marketing should highlight benefits, cost-effectiveness, and ROI. 3. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫: The one who holds the budget, the green light, the final nod. Whether it’s a CEO, a department head, or a committee, they want results. Your marketing to them should be strategic, data-driven, and aligned with their business goals. I was on the verge of losing a client. 🛑 The client expressed dissatisfaction with our performance. 🛑 Tension was evident during our conversations. 🛑 Our strategy was not producing the desired results. The client in question was a women's intimate hygiene brand, for whom we managed social media and influencer marketing.
