This got me thinking about the future of furniture retail and the importance of embracing both online and offline channels. While e-commerce has been growing rapidly, especially accelerated by the pandemic, physical stores in retail parks continue to play a crucial role in the furniture industry. Customers still value the opportunity to see, feel, and experience furniture items before making a purchase decision.
