Austin, San Antonio and today Dallas. Been a very busy week of meetings and one thing is for sure, demand for Talent across the industries we serve is strong. But equally as strong, are the challenges businesses face to identifying and attracting talent. There isn’t a silver bullet to those challenges. The advice is to have a clear plan and strategy in place and work closely with external consultants in the market on a partnership basis. You can’t rely on internal networks and talent teams alone. It’s not an area that leaders should be leaving to others. Businesses execs should be at the table talking about these things for sure. The challenges won’t just impact how many people they hire, they intrinsically impact how many people they will lose over the next couple of years. People should be the most important strategy to get right.
