Want to win more railway tenders/bids and deliver projects successfully? On-time, on-budget. I have someone for you... What if you had the opportunity to recruit a well-regarded, respected, successful, sort-after leader in railways systems delivery in Australia? Think Project Director, EGM, Ops Director, MD, CEO. Think winning bids, delivering projects on time, and making. $$$ Think pragmatic leadership, a doer, no ego. I have known this person for ten years and can confidently say that the above is true. This scenario resembles the ops Director I placed seven years ago (now CEO). Want to win more bids/tenders and deliver projects successfully? Then we need to talk. This candidate is based on the East Coast. Naturally, confidentiality is assured.

Because of the number of seasoned superintendents who will retire over the next five years, it's estimated there will be a 30% reduction of Supers in that time. That's a massive amount of knowledge and experience leaving the industry. Is your company planning for this? How are you harnessing that knowledge and preparing the next generation of field supervisors? #superintendents #constructionmanagement
