I was speaking to a colleague last week and we discussed the importance of self-care, particularly now in this work from home environment and as work and family commitments bleed into each other. Many of us are being pulled in many directions. I shared this quote with her and she loved it - so wanted to share this here as well as a reminder to all of us.

Thank you for sharing with your friend. I wish every business would consider doing wellness workshops that address this issue. As we train employees in the workplace during COVID, we see the urgent need to empower folks everyday about self-care and supporting one another. Just not enough companies pursuing this life-changing training experience at this time and companies like mine stand willing to answer the call and get the message out. Productive companies must have healthy employees the opportunity is now. So many people are suffering in our communities.

3yNot trying to be funny, but please deliver that message to people, that are now feigning ignorance, saying, “Wha happened...”? Those folks need to hear you stand up for what’s right! If they still don’t understand then show them by example.
