Why does the world need another consultancy / agency? Reflecting on my previous experience, listening to customer feedback, & assessing market opportunities, I’ve decided to launch, BLUEPRNT, a strategic planning agency & consultancy, that guides clients through diverse #digitaltransformation initiatives by developing innovative strategies & prescriptive, executable strategic blueprints for Personalized #CX, #Commerce, #Marketing, & #Omnichannel. Here are the 5 things I’ve observed or heard from clients over the past few years that led me to create BLUEPRNT: 1) Many large consultancies tend to be cost prohibitive & don't provide E2E services Large strategic consultancies do tremendous work, however for many, working with them is cost is prohibitive & few provide end-to-end services to implement the strategy 2) Most SIs are good tactical implementors, but are not strategic Conversely, many System Integrator (SI) agencies, are very good at technical & tactical platform implementations, but lack the strategic resources & vision to truly transform your business, create compelling, personalized CX at every brand touchpoint, & leverage all your customer data 3) Most orgs don't have internal alignment prior to commencement Orgs often have many disparate business units that have competing priorities & objectives. Too many digital transformation initiatives commence without internal alignment on what will constitute success & fully codified & prioritized biz requirements which leads to: 4) Projects not delivered on time, budget, with full functionality Without a strategic blueprint to follow & internal alignment prior to initiative kickoff, many projects become delayed, require costly change orders, & ultimately result in hard decisions being made about eliminating functionality due to budget overruns or worse, are cancelled. This leads to: 5) Initiatives not driving business outcomes & value The main objective for any digital transformation initiative is for orgs to be able to attain biz outcomes, like driving incremental revenue or operating more efficiently, & see measurable, quantifiable value in their technology investments. Without a strategic blueprint this is difficult, if not entirely impossible. BLUEPRNT looks to change this paradigm for clients!
