If you’re hiring a PM, please DM. the best PM I worked with, is available. Who would you hire as a product manager for your startup? Someone with hunger to learn or someone with maturity to make right calls? Someone with experience at a reputed organization or someone who knows how to manage the chaos? Someone with technical knowledge or someone with sharp management skills? Ideally, you should not compromise on any of above. All these skills are critical and have their own significance. However, it might take you forever to find the right person UNLESS you hire someone with all the traits mentioned above and my earnest recommendations! One of my favorite product managers, the one who taught me the both product and team management. He has 7yrs of work experience as SDE + 2 years as PM.
