Last week, I had the privilege of speaking at the 2023 MSBA Annual Conference on fostering equity in school districts. It was an incredible experience connecting with educational leaders from across Missouri and sharing insights on promoting educational equity. As I discussed in my presentation, educational equity means providing each student with access to the resources they need to succeed. Through intentional engagement, rigorous instruction, and relevant experiences, we can create positive learning outcomes for all students.
