Superintendent at Special School District of St. Louis County | Champion of D.E.I.A | Tedx Talk | Educator Of The Year | CIO Views Magazine ranked # 1 in the top 10 most successful D.E.I leaders in 2023.
Last week, I had the privilege of speaking at the 2023 MSBA Annual Conference on fostering equity in school districts. It was an incredible experience connecting with educational leaders from across Missouri and sharing insights on promoting educational equity. As I discussed in my presentation, educational equity means providing each student with access to the resources they need to succeed. Through intentional engagement, rigorous instruction, and relevant experiences, we can create positive learning outcomes for all students. Check out my short video on the Equity Framework within the Special School District of St. Louis County for more insights on this critical topic. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. 🎥💬 #DrMac #Equityframework #DEIA #InclusionMatters #Leadership
