What is it like working with a leading employer? As an employee of Springer Nature Group since 2015, I can say it has been (and I am sure will continue to be) a pleasure. There are several reasons for this, from my perspective:
🚀 I have the opportunity to develop my career in a way that aligns with my personal goals, which motivates me every day. I have tremendous support from my team and managers, making me feel that my contributions are acknowledged and important to the company. What a great feeling that is!

Having this type of dedication to advance discovery makes me feel that I am also contributing positively to empowering researchers to achieve their goals.

This is not just outward facing, but is also strongly inward facing as well. Much of what we do internally also keeps sustainability, accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind. Instilling these ideals in our employees every day lives helps us feel more positive about the broader impact we as a company are having to improve the world we live in.
