So this past January I took a Value Builder course with Peter Santry. We met for 2 hours once a week for 8 weeks along with 6 or 7 other business owners. All of us were looking to do the same thing: run their business as though they are going to sell it even if you are not. And that leads to building a business with great people, processes and financials. Since that time we have used the results to increase our operational maturity across all the least performing business units and functions within Red Key. As we continue to implement quarterly goals to improve our business, the value we got from the course just keeps going up.
