I cannot emphasize how strongly I feel about Indian inspired beauty and formulations being celebrated now more than ever. For centuries India has been a hub of botanical based medical care and this is strongly reflected in the intricate science of Ayurveda. I absolutely loved this conversation with Garima Ahluwalia because of how crucial it has become to not only celebrate brands founded by south Asian founders that feature the scientific rigor of centuries old options inspired by Indian medicine, but also to highlight brands that celebrate Ayurveda around the world. It is long overdue for I-Beauty to have its moment and be celebrated globally. #ibeauty #beauty #beautyindustry #southasianbrands #bipocbrands

Let’s picture this: a realm where Ayurveda transcends its conventional image, stepping onto the pedestal of luxury. No longer confined to humble packaging and rustic settings, Ayurvedic products gleam from sleek, minimalist shelves, adorned with accents of gold and marble. Each potion, every elixir, meticulously crafted not just for efficacy but for sensorial indulgence, a space that speaks of enhancing and providing tantalizing exuberance to the 5 senses with exotic aromas and sumptuous textures. But luxury, is not merely skin-deep. It permeates every facet of the experience; from the moment one encounters our brand to the lingering afterglow of its effects. Our therapy rooms, temples of rejuvenation, cocoon patrons in an ambience of serenity and sophistication, where every touch, every whisper, speaks of unparalleled refinement. Yet, this is not mere ostentation; it is a strategic maneuver in the grand game of entrepreneurship. By positioning Ayurveda as a luxury, we cast off the shackles of commodification, transcending the price wars that plague the industry. We become curators of an exclusive lifestyle, where discernment trumps discounts, and value transcends mere cost. But let us not mistake luxury for exclusivity; our aim is not to alienate but to allure. Through strategic branding and storytelling, we invite the masses to partake in this masterpiece of indulgence, making Ayurvedam not just a product-based brand but present each one with a lifestyle accessible to all who seek solace in its embrace. So, fellow entrepreneurs, let us embark on this odyssey together, weaving the tapestry of Ayurveda into the fabric of luxury with ‘Ayurvedam’, enriching lives and redefining paradigms along the way. For in this fusion of tradition and opulence lies not just business potential but a promise of transformative wellness for generations to come. In my next rendezvous with you, I shall take complete liberty of presenting to you, my ideology of enjoying and imbibing a perfect lifestyle that is only possible by embracing our Indian roots - Ayurvedic lifestyle! And most importantly breaking from the shackles of modern day instant hacks & instant medicines that may give instant relief but leave your insides charred and with irreversible damage. So let us without further delay, get down to troubleshooting our lives with exclusive ayurvedic solutions brought to you by 'Ayurvedam', I say! Until next time!! Love galore, Sheetal Bhatt

Will Ayurveda Create Magic And Take Over the Cosmetic Beauty Industry? Answered. Many ask me, you are promoting Ayurveda like nobody else, do you think it will overtake cosmetic products? It is a very valid question to be honest. And the answer is both Yes and No! Although I am super optimistic about Ayurveda, I like to add a bit of rational to dreams! That’s why I’m neither a Certain Yes nor a Certain No. Let’s understand why! Why would Ayurveda not be able to surpass Cosmetic Products? 🔴 Consumer Awareness: Despite growing interest, many people aren’t fully aware of Ayurveda’s benefits. Even if they are, they are equally skeptical about the side effects. Only 1 out of every 3 consumers understand what Ayurveda can do for them. 🔴 Regulatory Challenges: The rules for Ayurvedic products vary globally, making it tough for companies to expand. Although Ayurveda gets huge support in India, same it not the case with many other countries. 🔴 Perception of Efficacy: Some believe Ayurvedic products take longer to show results. A survey by Global Ayurvedic found that 52% of consumers think synthetic products work faster, even if they might not be as safe. If Yes, How will Ayurevda Surpass Cosmetic Products? 🟢 Research & Development: The market is expected to grow at a rate of 16.14% annually through 2030, thanks to ongoing research validating Ayurvedic benefits. The best part, as iterated in my earlier post, Ayurveda is expanding globally. 🟢 Sustainable Beauty Trends: A Nielsen report showed that 73% of global consumers are willing to change their habits to help the environment. Ayurveda’s eco-friendly practices align perfectly with this trend, so this is Big Win. 🟢 Holistic Wellness: Today’s consumers seek holistic wellness solutions. The wellness economy is on track to hit $7 trillion by 2025, with Ayurveda playing a big role. At VICCO, we’re leading this Ayurvedic revolution. With more education and innovation Ayurveda will not just find its niche but redefine the beauty industry. 🌿 But still a lot of work needs to be done by other industry players too. One company cannot change an industry with so many players. What do you think? Can Ayurveda take over? Share your thoughts below! #business #beautyindustry #innovation #sustainability #wellness

Unlock the secrets of #timelessbeauty with Ayurveda! Tired of skincare routines that fall short? Part-1 Introduction: In a world bombarded by beauty products and quick fixes, achieving genuine and lasting beauty seems elusive. Skin issues, stress, and imbalances often persist despite countless attempts. What if there’s a holistic approach that not only enhances your external beauty but also transforms you from within?” Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It is a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on the balance of the body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda’s principles are rooted in the belief that each person is unique and is made up of a combination of the five elements: space (akasha), air (vayu), fire (Agni), water (jala), and earth (prithvi). These elements combine to form three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, which represent different combinations of the elements. Principles of Ayurveda: Doshas: Vata: Governed by space and air. It controls bodily functions associated with motion, including blood circulation, breathing, blinking, and heartbeat. Pitta: Governed by fire and water. It is responsible for metabolic processes and digestion. Kapha: Governed by water and earth. It controls the structure of the body and provides lubrication to joints, skin, and other tissues. Prakriti (Constitution): Each person has a unique combination of the three doshas, known as their prakriti. Understanding one’s prakriti helps in tailoring lifestyle, diet, and skincare routines. Agni (Digestive Fire): Agni is the digestive fire responsible for breaking down food and assimilating nutrients. A balanced agni is crucial for overall health. Dhatu (Tissues): Ayurveda recognizes seven bodily tissues, starting from plasma and progressing to reproductive tissues. Proper nourishment of these tissues is essential for good health. Malas (Waste Products): The body produces waste products, including urine, feces, and sweat. Proper elimination is crucial to maintain balance. #AyurvedaWellness #DoshaBalance #PrakritiAwareness #AgniHarmony #NaturalBeauty #AyurvedicSkincare #MindBodyConnection #SeasonalAdaptations #HerbalRemedies #HolisticHealth #InternalBalance #WellBeingJourney #AyurvedicLifestyle #UniqueConstitution #BeautyFromWithin #NaturalWellness

Is Ayurveda responsible for the Clean Beauty Movement in India? India has a long-standing tradition of utilising plants, herbs and other medicinal natural components in its health, beauty and wellness journeys. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system that is deeply ingrained in Indian culture and emphasizes the therapeutic properties of plants and herbs. We are sure that every Indian household holds its own secrets to glowing skin, strong dark hair or even a clean metabolism. All of which sprouted from this old but still relevant science of Ayurveda. The clean beauty movement resonates strongly with Indian consumers because it aligns with their culture and family wisdom about the healing power of nature. As India transitioned into a fast-moving economy with more development marked by the side effects of more stress and pollution, the desire for effective and safe beauty products rose. This desire intensified further during and became more prominent in the post-COVID era. The prevalence of Ayurvedic and herbal beauty brands in the Indian market has laid the groundwork for the clean beauty movement to thrive. These brands have paved the way for a greater appreciation of natural ingredients and have sensitized consumers to the potential harm caused by synthetic chemicals. What we are seeing today is the convergence of culture, ethics, and science. The best advice that has worked for us in creating value-driven product offerings for our partners and for our own brand is to ensure that: ✅ The efficacy is derived from the natural actives and extracts ✅ The formulation is clean and transparent ✅ The patrons are given the best education on your natural actives & Science Do follow us for more insights into this beautiful sector! ------------------------------- IHA is a cosmetics and skincare manufacturer with 15 years of experience in helping brands grow.
