The hospitality industry is always looking towards current and upcoming technologies that can help them provide top-notch customer service and improve employee efficiency. Heading into 2024 some of the technologies to keep an eye out for will be AI voice assistants, mobile keyless entry, robots, and virtual reality. Many hotels are already utilizing voice assistant technology to help customers with everything from check-in to local dining recommendations. With more AI voice assistants entering the market each year, hospitality businesses can look forward to even greater levels of convenience. Mobile keyless entry is making it easier than ever for hotels to provide guests with a secure and efficient check-in experience. Mobile keyless entry allows customers to simply open a hotel room door with the touch of a button on their smartphone. This convenient feature also helps to reduce costs associated with lost keys and other traditional check-in procedures. Robot technology is one of the most exciting and promising advancements in the hospitality industry. Robotic devices can take over mundane tasks such as cleaning rooms, carrying luggage, greeting, and delivering food. Hotels can benefit greatly from the cost savings associated with utilizing robots to handle day-to-day operations. VR technology can offer hotels the ability to deliver to their guests an immersive experience in a variety of ways. For example, hotels could utilize VR to provide guests with an interactive tour of their property before they make a reservation, This could reduce no-show rates and increase customer satisfaction. #HotelInnovation #DigitalTransformation #2024HospitalityTrends #HotelIndustry
