👉 We Help Restaurant Owners Get at Least 500 Hungry Leads in 60 Days 👉 Guaranteed 👈 Or We Work for Free 👏
What I have re-learned in the past few days?👇🏼 Sorry, I disappeared for a week while I was "analysing the hospitality market" in Vietnam - other people would just call it enjoying some tours😅 Getting back to the point. 1. Analyse your market and do what they want - don't make them want what you do. Don't make a problem to solve it. 2. What might have worked for you in one region, might not work in other ones, which is the psychology of this new place? What do people like/dislike? 3. Experience what you offer - I usually try to have 1 or 2 new sorts of hospitality experiences each month to learn about them in different places that I am travelling, this helps to get a fresh brain with new ideas. Any thoughts about it? What you have been doing lately?

Hospitality | Quality Service Analyst | Business Analyst | Customer Service | Digital Marketing Analyst | Project Coordinator | Marketing Associate | HR Executive | Writer | Artist
Why people leave their job? Factors influencing employee retention in Dublin's hotel industry is my thesis choice for final graduate assignment at Dorset College Dublin. The Working Conditions and skills shortages in Ireland's Tourism and Hospitality sector 2022 report - from Joint Commitee on Tourism, Culture, Arts, Sport and Media is one of my main pieces for literature review. Investigating intrinsic and extrinsic motivators behind dissatisfaction among professionals in hospitality industry is my goal. From a common sense perspective we hear different reasons of colleagues for staying or leaving a particular company. Survey application during this research should discover factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. I hope I can contribute to existing academic literature on the chosen topic, likewise, human resources management strategies insights. Would you follow a career in the hospitality industry?
