As an experienced learning and development professional, I’ve observed the measurable impact of this approach… better transfer of knowledge and increased on-the-job application. Yes, in person experiences have benefits too, but the intentional spacing of brief virtual sessions provide learners with the time needed to process the content, practice the new skills/behaviors in the real world, come back together with their cohort to share experiences, and then continue to build on the intended learning objectives.

4 Steps to Learning Mastery https://lnkd.in/dtEvuXdm Embarking on a new skill? Here's how you progress from 'not knowing what you don't know' to making that skill second nature: 🌱 Stage 1: Unconscious Incompetence This is where we all start - blissfully unaware of what we don't understand. It's like being in a dark room, not knowing what's around. 💡 Stage 2: Conscious Incompetence The light's on, and now you see the room's layout. You realize what you don't know, and that's powerful. It's the first step to growth. 🛠️ Stage 3: Conscious Competence You're in control, with tools in hand. Every move is deliberate, every effort is a conscious stride towards mastery. It's work, but it's rewarding. ✨ Stage 4: Unconscious Competence Finally, what once required all your focus is now effortless. Skills become a part of your subconscious. It's like driving home and realizing you navigated the path on autopilot. 👁🗨 Reflect on where you are in these stages with your current skills. Embrace the journey, because each step is progress! #LifelongLearning #SkillDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #CareerJourney #ProfessionalDevelopmen #linkedinlearning
