The future of learning design isn't about crafting the perfect learning content; it's about curating a better learning conversation. Rather than manipulating the content side of the equation, this approach optimises ways of generating conversation, building learning relationships and (together) embracing stretching discomfort. **How to Hack Knowledge: Accelerating Learning with a Real Estate Twist 📚💡** Recently, I stumbled upon an intriguing TikTok video by Todd Nepola, a well-known commercial real estate entrepreneur. His insights on real estate are always on point, but this time, he shared something different – a list of four must-read books for anyone passionate about the field. As a voracious learner, I didn't hesitate. I immediately downloaded all four books on Audible, ready to dive deep. Combined, these books offer around 33 hours of immersive learning. But here's my hack – I listen at a speed of 1.8-2x. Not only does this allow me to absorb the content faster, but I can still comprehend and retain the information effectively. This approach cuts down the listening time to approximately 18 hours. By dedicating 3-5 hours each day, I can soak in all this knowledge in just one working week. It's not about being the best or the smartest; it's about learning from those who've already walked the path and then taking action. Remember, continuous learning is key to growth, especially in dynamic fields like real estate. In a land full of #edTech tools, what makes TeachOne stand out? Before developing TeachOne, we spoke to 80+ online students about their experiences. We heard many of them explain their frustration when trying to collaborate with their peers online. What do I mean? Here’s one tip for course creators in 2024 - new way / old way: Prioritize Action over Learning, if you don't want to be just noise. Action should be the intended outcome of consuming your course content. This will lead to transformation. It will create memories. It will generate gratitude. This approach is also how you, as a coach, can surpass apps, AI, and automated courses. Nothing can influence action as much as a real person. Some say, “To coach is to transfer energy.” Most of us here were conditioned to think: “Information is power.” “Education is the key to happiness.” “Knowledge is freedom.” It turns out that in 2024, these statements are not entirely true. In fact: Education is as abundant as air. Information can be distracting and destructive. We need an information diet to protect our sense of agency. In 2024, when you create a course… Avoid the deadly mistake of trying to win by selling information.
