V.P. Sales and Marketing - 3X Start Up Medical Device Launches - Tele-health - Tele-Optometry - Demand Generation Marketing - Digital-Marketing
It's finally done. 1st version anyway. Shipped this as good enough to start. Link in the comments below if you want to "play it" (desktop application only). It's on a hidden page right now that's not part of our normal website, needs to be pulled into a public page, my IT is working on that part. Check it out and let me know. Does it work ok in your browser. How long does it take to load on your computer. It loads in 3 seconds in mine, but I suspect normal computers it takes 10 seconds to render 3D world. Let me know how it plays for you. Enjoy!

After most of December off work and catching up in January, I'm back looking at the project to import AMX graphics in to FireGFX. So here's where we are to date.. The software asks for an AMX project directory and scans it to check its validity. Validation is crude at the moment and checks for certain files. This may be improved in the future. Once a valid directory is found, the software reads the map images and allows the user to browse through all of the maps. FireGFX requires a 'Home' screen so the aim here is to browse the maps, determine the 'Home' screen and set it as the starting map for FireGFX. Once the 'Home' screen is set, the software reads the link data to build a site structure. A site structure maps out the zoomable links to navigate through a site. AMX allows maps with the same names and uses an index number to differentiate the map images. The importer appends the index to the map name to provide a unique map identity. The software adds the links to the maps in the same locations where the AMX site displays navigation buttons and allows users to view the links. Hovering over the links displays the image name to zoom to once the link is clicked or activated. Multiple buttons are available in AMX to navigate to the same image. In FireGFX, the active links are used to zoom to the image in alarm and navigation links are used to move between map images. The software looks for AMX buttons closest to the site 'Home' Page and converts these to links to provide the shortest zoom path to a map. Other buttons linking to the same maps are converted to FireGFX Navigation Links. If anybody has a better way of deciding which are links and which are navigation buttons, I'd be interested to hear your opinions. So, what's next? The next step is to read the symbol libraries and allow users to map the AMX symbols to FireGFX symbols. We're also considering creating a library with similar symbols to the standard AMX symbols. This will allow end users to import a site to FireGFX and retain some familiarity with their existing graphics. Once the symbols are mapped, it's then onto importing the symbols onto the maps and finally exporting a FireGFX backup file of the site. #FireSafety #FireAlarm #FireProtection #FireDetection #FacilitiesManagement

Tired of creating manual links to multiple components in an equipment graphic? Not only is it time-consuming, but it can also introduce errors, and it is super frustrating when changes are made to the database. Through the magic of metadata and tags, FIN-based graphics are automatically bound to virtual points, plus the wizard-based workflows dynamically bind to the components and labels. Resolve to be more efficient with #FINStack! ➡️ https://hubs.ly/Q02qxWxj0 #SmartBuilding #BMS #SystemIntegrator

Graphics-heavy digital twins look great but need high-end computers and can be hard to integrate. Code-based graphics are browser-friendly and practical for business use. Platforms like Google Earth load only visible areas to manage load. Public institutions can't use Google Earth for specific needs like city management or underground pipelines. We need tailored digital twin tools, making code-based graphics essential. #DigitalTwin #Graphics #GoogleEarth #CityManagement #webgl #blender
