Recently, I have been watching some TedTalk videos on YouTube, and they are really informative, so I thought of sharing some of them with you people. Here's one of them. "Sleep is your superpower," by Matt Walker This video talks about the various effects that less sleep has on our health and how proper sleep can transform your life. We all here are trying to use our time to the maximum, and so often we compromise our sleep schedule for this, thinking that sleep has not that much effect on our health.
