"Over the long-term, labour disruptions could herald an unprecedented demand for reskilling displaced workers," Seth Carpenter, Global Chief Economist for Morgan Stanley, has said.
Most businesses will need to 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 their employees. But for reskilling programmes to be successful, organisations must:
