As One Team, employees support students in education and extracurricular activities, revitalize urban spaces, provide meals to neighbors experiencing food insecurity, and more. We feel privileged to continue working with our local partners this summer. Last week, we celebrated the 10th Anniversary of Sixth Street Dallas, which has grown to 200 professionals, making it Sixth Street’s second largest office. Dallas is an area of innovation, talent, and opportunity and it is a core region for Sixth Street’s future. As previously announced, our Dallas Office will be expanding its footprint in early 2025 by adding an additional floor for future growth. We are building Sixth Street at the intersection of finance and technology as One Team and our Dallas office is a critical part of that plan. Summers at Sixth Street are about providing hands-on experience and investing in the next generation of our team. Sixth Street values homegrown talent, which starts with our internship program. We offer talented young professionals the opportunity to learn more about alternative investing through a mix of professional development, skills training, and networking opportunities. At Sixth Street’s annual offsite, Jennifer Walsh, Co-Head of Consumer, spoke on a panel with CEO Alan Waxman, Co-President David Stiepleman, and T.J. Wenzel of our Real Estate team, about the importance of personal organizational strategies to optimize productivity. Jennifer shares how creating an organizational system as an associate helped her to manage her priorities and how that system has evolved as she has continued to grow in her career and take on more responsibilities.

Sixth Street CEO Alan Waxman spoke to Andy Serwer of Barron's for last weekend's cover story on the evolution of sports investing. Barron's covered our partnerships with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, Real Madrid C.F., FC Barcelona as well as the New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys through Legends, and highlighted our landmark investment in Bay FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
