We are celebrating Steve Rosenboom's 50 year anniversary with Six Flags! Steve joined the Six Flags Over Texas team in 1970 where he started in Grounds Quality and quickly moved to Animations in 1978. While in Animations, some of Steve's work included the Original Speelunkers 'Cave' ride, Casa Magnetica, Fiesta Train, LaSalle’s River Boat, and the Dancing Tamales on the Railroad to name a few. In 1985 he moved to Art & Sign and was instrumental in the refurbishing of the Carousel - Steve was responsible for the complete rebuild of 24 horses! When asked what he’s enjoyed most about his career at Six Flags he said he loves what he does and enjoys the culture of everyone taking care of each other...he’s made lifelong friends along the way that have taught him so much and he wouldn’t be where he is at without them! #sixflags #sixflagsovertexas #anniversary

Congratulations! I enjoyed working with you and hearing the stories of those days gone by!

I remember Steve in Annimations when I worked at SFOT back in the 80’s. He was always fun to work with. Congratulations on 50 years!
