Let's have a look at the real estate market in downtown San Diego, 92101!
As of August 14, 2023, there are 126 active properties on the market in 92101, with an average market time of 58 days. The median price for an attached property is $839,000, which is significantly higher than the median price for attached properties in the rest of San Diego County.
The supply and demand imbalance in downtown San Diego is very clear. There are currently 49 pending sales, which is much lower than the number of active properties. This means that there are a lot of homes on the market that have been sitting for a while. Some of these homes may be ripe for offers, especially if they are priced well.
The median price for an attached property in downtown San Diego has been steadily increasing over the past few years. However, it is worth noting that the median price dropped significantly from June to July 2023. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues or if the prices go back up again.
