Our "company culture" is about letting members of the team contribute the way they do best and otherwise letting them work in the way that's most convenient for them. → They don't need to show up in person → We don't need designated work hours → We don't need to look anyone over their shoulders And we certainly don't need awkward team-building sessions, small talk at the coffee machine, or ping-pong tables for this to work... Async, remote, and meetingless work is our company culture 👌

One of the great things about building a developer/No Code tool is that we get to create a documentation page in the standard that we would like to consume ourselves! I really like how the Aidbase docs page is coming along 🤩

I never finish a book... Even the best books I've read start repeating themselves at around 60% in - it just rarely make sense to read it through. Am I the only one? 😁 Or do you take pride in finishing every book you start?

There is no manual for entrepreneurship. No right or wrong way. When people ask me for advice, I always try to start the sentence with "What I would do is [...]" - instead of saying "Here's what you should do". Cause by the end of the day, my advice (based on my personal experience) could be (and often is) terrible advice when applied by other people in other circumstances.

At some point down the road, "agile" got to mean quite the opposite of what it was supposed to mean. If your team is using agile practices, you're typically: → Slow → Ineffective → Bureaucratic → Meeting-heavy → Resistant to change → Devoid of joy If you're running a lean startup and want to attract talent, don't use the word "agile"... Just a small tip 😉

In the past 4 years, I got the chance to meet and talk to many successful entrepreneurs and business owners, and my perception of them completely changed! I thought: → They were big visionaries. → They had Ph.Ds or MBAs. → They were much smarter than the average person. Couldn't be further from the truth. They're mostly just normal people with a huge desire for freedom and independence.

A bias towards action means everything in business. I've seen this time and time again... By the time some people finally break out of analysis paralysis and feel they've done enough "research" - action-driven entrepreneurs will have fucked up 9 times, learned from it, and found a much better way forward.
