Most founders will claim they're data-driven (cause you kinda have to say that, right?) But are you actually? Or are you running your SaaS on gut feeling? Use analytics tools like: → Amplitude → PostHog → Smartlook Make sure you to experiment: → Using A/B testing → Using feature flags → Using localization Run experiments constantly and test things like copy, pricing, onboarding, placements of features, and so on. Don't just say you're data-driven... Actually strive to be data-driven.
We are building a SaaS product Ektie with which the ecommerce business can truly say that they are data-driven and not just gut feeling.
so far still gut feeling! :) Having only 100 clients gives very little data and it is surprising how to track user journey is hard!!
https://www.hyperaktiv.ai/ Check how we plug Amplitude/PostHog/Mixpanel/Segment data and the GTM team gets actionable data to make decisions continuously. Basically working like their data team.
Data doesn't lie (well, bad data does). Don't be a "fake data-driven" founder! Embrace experimentation and make decisions based on insights.
Great reminder to truly walk the data-driven talk.
