This morning we shared our Q1 results and I’m pleased to share online grocery continues to perform well, representing an impressive 18% of our food sales. This is underpinned by a 5.6% increase in the number of average weekly orders, showcasing our unwavering commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and delivering uncompromising value. Asda is firmly established as the UK’s second-largest online supermarket thanks to the efforts of our dedicated colleagues. I would like to thank them for their continued hard work. This morning we published our financial results for the year ending December 2023. These show that our strategy to build a retailer that retains the best of its British heritage through continued investment in our people, customers and communities is working. It was particularly pleasing to see our online business maintain its number two grocery home shopping market position throughout FY23 due to continued investment in price and innovation. We will continue to invest in our e-commerce business moving forward as we look to expand and bring our customer proposition to more communities.
