Proud to work for a company that makes #sustainability an important part of everything we do. I often hear young professionals and college students talk about how competitive it can be to find a job in a sustainability profession. However at #Siemens all jobs are sustainability jobs. Its become embedded in our company culture. I think this happens naturally for any company that takes their commitments seriously. Where there is good leadership, any job role can create positive change from where you are.

We are on the right way... 🌱 EcoVadis is an independent rating platform on the topic of sustainability. It helps companies to validate themselves in the areas of the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement and to further promote these topics. In order to continue demonstrating transparency in this area, we once again had our sustainability performance reviewed by EcoVadis this year and are delighted to have achieved the bronze medal with a percentage of 83. We are proud to be among the highest rated 35% of the companies assessed by EcoVadis. 🏅 The result shows us that we are on the right way in terms of sustainability and at the same time encourages us to continue our efforts in this area. 👌 #aviabantleon #sustainability #ecovadis
