Do you want to join ISRO for Apprentice? First of all, I told to you please visit ISRO official website on daily basis. After that go through that website and ISRO centres. Read thoroughly that particular notification. As per that notification, you follow that instructions and gather the all documents. That documents please keep this order like (1st) SSC Marksheet, (2nd)12th, may be Diploma in Engineering, BTech, etc. That is the way of educational documents to keep. As much of you have that all documents you need to be carry on screening time. Mostly, ISRO grasp the apprentice students as a Engineering main branches like Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, etc. You need to register on NATS portal. In this portal, they have create your contract. As per contract, they will give you stipend. Note: All depends on particular notification. Follow the notification. Thank you.

"As a young engineer in a, quite rightly, highly regulated industry with an emphasis on competence and safety, it was always important for me to demonstrate my abilities as an engineer, not just in terms of technical knowledge, but the application of that knowledge while acting correctly, ethically and safely. While my degree developed and assessed my knowledge, in my view only a process like professional registration can demonstrate all of those points together." In what ways has registration benefitted your career? "Registration has benefited me by acting as an indicator and validation of the experience I have gained in my short career to date. This includes my commitment to continuous improvement of myself and others, delivering as required, while prioritising safety and ethical behaviour. This has been especially valuable in gaining the confidence and trust of colleagues from interfacing functions and the various supplier teams I work with on a daily basis, making collaboration to achieve common goals much more effective." How does your employer benefit from your professional registration? "Linked to how it benefits me as an individual, it is one of many enabling factors in building and maintaining confidence and trust within multi-functional teams and when liaising with supplier organisations, allowing for time to be more effectively utilised. “Hi there! I’m Shaun Pang Khang Eer, a second-year mechanical engineering student at Curtin Malaysia.   “Till this day, I’m still processing what I accomplished in my first year, meaning time flies and before you know it, you’re already nearing the end of second year. I must say, though, it wasn’t necessarily a smooth ride. It was pretty tough going, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it.   “I took everything in stride because I realised that all the struggles I faced (and will continue to face, frankly) would shape me into a competent member of the workforce in the future. I also knew I could rely on the help of my lecturers to get through. The campus’ excellent facilities and learning resources were also of great help.   “Mechanical Engineering wasn’t my first choice of engineering discipline. As my passion is in aviation, I was initially aiming to study aeronautical engineering. However, I figured aeronautical engineering lacked the flexibility in career choices compared to other engineering fields, whereas a mechanical engineering degree would allow for more specialisations, including aviation. So, I decided on mechanical engineering and it proved to be a good choice.”   “I can say I’ve been doing a pretty decent job in my course so far, and each achievement is encouragement to do even better. Tell us about your journey so far:  From my roots in India to studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham, my journey has blended tradition and innovation. My passion for robotics and problem-solving has shaped my path, driving me to explore the fascinating intersection of engineering and technology in the oil and gas industry. As I look to the future, I am excited about the opportunities that await in this ever-evolving field. What are you looking to achieve at AFAA?:  As a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Nottingham, I aim to apply my stress analysis, risk assessment, and technical reporting skills at AFAA Ltd. I look forward to contributing to our client’s success in the gas and oil industry. I’m excited about the learning opportunities and the potential for innovation in a consultancy firm like AFAA. My ultimate goal is to deliver excellence, drive innovation, and aid in AFAA’s growth while furthering my professional development. What are your main passions outside of work?:  My main passions outside of work are CAD designing, programming, and robotics. I enjoy creating designs and solving problems, and robotics allows me to bring these two interests together in a tangible way. I also like Formula 1 🏎 , as it combines high-speed competition with cutting-edge technology. These hobbies not only keep me engaged and inspired outside of work, but they also fuel my creativity and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my professional life at AFAA Ltd. Who do you think is going to win Euro 2024?:  Although I might want England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to win the Euros, I find myself supporting Spain 🇪🇸 because of the level of play they bring to the sport, which also makes it fun to watch. Instead of following the usual path of aiming for top PSU jobs through exams like GATE, I decided to explore what truly sparked my interest. Understanding my strengths and weaknesses was key. I pondered where I saw myself after graduation and which path would suit me best. That's when a friend suggested SAE Baja. Even though my college didn't have an SAE club, I took the initiative to start one. Convincing fellow mechanical students to join was tough, especially when doubts arose about my ability to lead a vehicle project without driving experience. That was just a snippet of my journey. I learned so much along the way, like the importance of passion, self-awareness, networking, and continuous learning.
