Just got back from back-to-back sales kickoffs, and while I’m tired, I’m also more energized than ever. My biggest takeaway is the huge appetite every sales person at Deel has to learn more - not only from each other, but also from their customers and partners. It’s infectious. It’s what makes this place so special. It’s what keeps us improving for the businesses we serve every day. It’s why I love my job. Thanks everyone!! Proud to share that we’re acquiring Hofy 💪 Sami Bouremoum Michael Ginzo We’ve heard from our customers that they’re always looking for ways to consolidate their tools, especially when it comes to running complex global teams. We decided to bring Hofy’s industry-leading IT services in-house, and we’ll be launching it later this year as Deel IT. Alongside device supply and management, Deel IT will also be a full IT service suite. This is a brand new in-house offering for us, and we can’t wait to hear what you think!

Happy 5th, birthday, Deel 🎂that is prob two decades in Deel years 🚀 Alex Bouaziz and I have many ideas but we are only allowed to bring each other one big idea each month 💡That’s about 120 ideas we had for the past 5 years! I am going to share my fav one today, which is Deel AI - Alicia. It is gaining a lot of traction among customers because it saves them time on answering country and HR data related questions. Just last week, Alicia answered about 9000+ questions, with a 3.6/4.0 GPA. Alicia is a B student today, but we aim to make it A+ by end of Q2 ❤️ Simplifying HR and payroll, one big idea at a time 💜 🌏 💡

Join me in welcoming PaySpace to Deel! We’re thrilled to announce that we've acquired PaySpace, a leading payroll & HR provider with 44 native payroll engines in MEA. With 14k customers, PaySpace serves well-known brands like Heineken, Coca-Cola, and Puma. This acquisition is one of our largest to date and positions Deel as a leading global payroll provider. In addition, we're proud to share that Deel has hit $500M in ARR in under five years! As the CRO, I'm intensely proud of my team and grateful to our customers, partners, and their teams around the world for their support. Alex Bouaziz and I had big dreams when we started, and it's incredible to see how we're helping so many people. We're taking a big step towards our goal of being the one-stop-shop for all things global payroll & HR, and we can't wait to see what's next 🚀
