Awesomeness!! Way to go Shruti Gandhi !! 🙌
Shruti Gandhi This is such a fresh and clear take on the investing landscape, with the verticals you mentioned: pain points vs glamorous founders vs models vs applications. Quick question, what if there’s a company that needs to build a new novel, potentially patent-able, hybrid model in order to build an application solution that solves a growing workforce pain point… and the founder left their big tech employer to solve the problem but in an adjacent market (not the one they were employed to build for at the big tech)… would that be interesting to Array Ventures? I’d love to setup a call and talk more, love the class you take at CBS and we connected when I was a student!
Congrats on the great TV spot - loved the flex, returning your first fund 💪
Totally agree with your take here. A bloated seed round can unknowingly put unnecessary pressure. It's always helpful to be bootstrapping for as long as possible.
Look for an update from the Librarian Brain. We've always been AI
interesting, someone just recommended array.vc to me yesterday
Agreed with the sentiment and love the term agitated workforce! That’s exactly why we decided to launch our AI startup application.
Totally agree Shruti Gandhi
Great interview. At Snapplicant, we plan to incorporate AI into our product to handle tasking for jobseekers/HR side but not on the human connectivity level.

2wGreat interview, Shruti Gandhi! Totally agree with your sentiment. Mega-Seed rounds can unintentionally hurt more than help. Better to build scrappy habits and routines early, then scale once validated
