How to tackle learning vs. doing and become more effective at work — in fewer hours
Totally agree! I listen to podcasts daily while I walk my dog. I recently started listening to career oriented, podcasts and started counting that time as part of my learning time. It’s made a significant difference as Shreyas Doshi describes.
Putting in 2-3 hours a week on learning is the shortcut to growing faster because you won't learn everything you need to know to do your job effectively from your job alone!
always tough to balance learning and action Shreyas Doshi
Hey Shreyas Doshi, TBH you were one of my prospects for today & I had to follow you for that! But I am so glad that I did & got a little more than a just a Prosepect here. Thanks for this wonderful advice & such a clear stack on how to find time to develop your skills on daily basis & keep on carving.
So flippin’ spot on
Shreyas Doshi so validating to hear this after all the loud “do don’t think” advice
Shreyas Doshi completely agree with and support your thoughts !!

1wSo true, learning should be part of your weekly routine and schedule it in the calendar. With AI, it becomes even more important. I’ve created a 21 day notion for busy PMs to ramp up on AI Product Management for the benefit of everyone (free of course): https://shrouded-chance-093.notion.site/1bd8c92bfb8a463bbf8afea8dc7358b9?v=0e50ca08d5494085b2425eebb71357e8
