Sholom recently had the privilege of hosting CNA students from St. Louis Park High School! The students took a tour of our Ackerberg Sholom Home West building and spent sometime learning about Sholom and what it is like to be a CNA here. They asked some fantastic questions and were excited about the opportunity! It is great to see the students want to get into healthcare and make a difference!

Great supervisor and co-workers Physical Therapist (Current Employee) - St. Paul, MN - December 10, 2023 I started in a new position earlier this year in which I did not have any experience, but I have had a lot of support and encouragement from my supervisor and other staff which has helped me to flourish in my new role. I have had a lot of flexibility in my schedule, and every day is a new day for opportunities.

A Hidden Gem-Fantastic Company, Great Employer Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) (Current Employee) - St. Louis Park, MN - December 9, 2023 I have worked in the Rehab Department for about 6 years at Sholom. It's one of the few companies that employ their own Rehab staff versus using a third party Agency for staffing. It's nice to be part of a regular staff, most of which have been there for many years because of how much they also enjoy it. Staff are respected, salary is very good, benefits are competitive, the atmosphere is friendly, opportunities for education and advancement. You feel part of a community and get to know the other staff well and work together to help give quality care and quality of life to patients. The facility is nice and constantly being updated to avoid any feeling of a "nursing home". The Rehab Manager and Director of Rehab (as well as other Management in the company) have all been the BEST I have worked for! They are Therapists as well and understand, work together through challenges, don't micromanage, and set realistic expectations. Sholom is a really great place to work and you really do feel like you're making a difference, not just punching a clock. I HIGHLY recommend!
