Product Management has only a little to do with building products. It has more to do with: * It's about understanding your customers' pain points and bridging the gap with effective solutions. * Prioritizing problems worth solving and ignoring the rest * Aligning vision with execution, translating ideas into tangible outcomes. This is the essence of Product Management - solution-focused thinking, always keeping the user at the center of everything we do. Because in the end, it's not just about the product, but the problems it solves, and the value it brings to the table. --- Thanks for reading, and if you enjoyed this: 1. Save it 2. Loved this breakdown, Shobhit! 🌟 It's like you're saying, we're not just building products; we're like detectives piecing together clues to solve the ultimate mystery: What do our users truly need? And let's not forget, sometimes what they say they want isn't really what they need. It's all about reading between the lines and sometimes even looking into that crystal ball to predict future pain points.

Fall in love with the problem!

1moI'm glad you included that last bullet about "translating ideas into tangible outcomes." The first question product managers should be asking is how to add value to the customer's experience, that said, there needs to be an element of delivery baked in to ensure that we're following through and realizing the shared vision for the product.
