𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝟭𝟬𝟬-𝘀𝗾 𝗳𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘. - 0 employees - A handful of clients  - Hardly any money to buy an office space But with grit, persistence, and a vision to grow HVT Interiors, We slowly became India’s leading outdoor decor brand. The dreams, however, were skyscrapers tall. 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 (𝗶.𝗲. 𝗻𝗼𝘄) -  4 office spaces PAN India -  20,000 sq. ft warehouse -  Trust of 18,500+ clients Was that easy?  NO. These 12 years taught me about business. More than any text book can. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟯 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: (that rarely anyone is talking about) 1️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 > 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: → Trust and loyalty yield sustainable success. → Prioritize building genuine relationships. 2️⃣ 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: → Customer and employee insights are gold. → Act on feedback to improve and innovate. 3️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲: → Change is constant, adapt always. → Flexibility ensures survival. In the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, I've had 1-2 projects which started off great, but midway things started to look rough. Those projects have never ended up in my portfolio. But, my clients were happy with the end result. If you find yourself in such scenarios:  Read the situation. - If it’s coming from the angle of: “It’s not going as per my design taste” Detach yourself.  Be a professional. Do justice to the role that you have.  Finish the duties you were assigned for. Not every project may turn out the way you want it to. - If it’s coming from the angle of:  “I’m absolutely hating doing this” It can happen with tough clients.  If it is a complete mismatch then: Be honest about it.  Let it go. Such situations can only lead to you feeling burnout. You’re better off putting that energy into other projects and clients that make you feel more fulfilled. ---- When you're just starting out,  these experiences are part of the learning curve.
