It hurts for the whole night after lifting 29.5 kg of gas cylinder for the entire day, however some people don't know any excuses. Making it to the IIT isn't easy for the people who study fulltime for years under specialised guidance, however our Hero Gagan has made it in extremely difficult conditions. He belongs to the Atrauli Village of Aligarh, UP. His father is also a labourer. He takes care of his family by working for the whole day for 350 rupees only. Buying a smartphone for studying was not an easy task for him. He worked overtime for many months to buy a smartphone. Life is not easy for everyone. He didn't buy new clothes, no special food, only focused upon preparation and kept on earning by doing the physical labour job. We should appreciate his sincere efforts and inspire everybody reading this post, to focus on the aim and keep working hard. This is India, we might not be privileged with everything, but we fight, education is our weapon, hardwork is our another weapon. I have lost a friend & a family member. I'm extremely sad to inform that Ritesh Jain, my co-founder and CEO of Arza is no more. The void created cannot be filled. It's a big setback in business and life both, however I will figure out to continue the business. Remembering and appreciating him is the least we can do for him as a civilian. He was just 27 years old. He always wanted to be a Soldier. After completing Engineering he left a secured job opportunity for the Nation. His mother says that he never complained about anything, he was so decent. Panipuri cart roadside instead of a corporate job? She refused a 9 to 5 job to start her own startup in Delhi. All flavours in just 30 rupees per plate. No drama, no showoff, just pure work. Let's appreciate her for being a job creator of Bharat. It's an achievement and must be celebrated. Her business will grow if you like this post. More customers will come and people will approach for a franchisee. This is good for India, as the youngersters will get motivation to create jobs. More and more girls will feel confident to start a business. Edit: People are making fun and passing comments that selling panipuri is not a startup or even business. Here are your answers: 1. Steve Blank who is considered as father of Startups, says: “A startup is a temporary organization used to search for a repeatable and scalable business model.” - I hope you can understand that Panipuri also falls in this segment. 2. The Market size of pani puri market in India itself is around Rs 6,000 crore, which is growing at a CAGR of 20-22 per cent, according to a NBT report. 3. Google dedicated it's Doodle to Panipuri last year on 12 July. 4. She has started franchising the business and hiring staff. This business create jobs like any other business. 5. Her startup is disrupting the space by offering hygienic, good quality, good taste food at an affordable price i.e. INR 30 per plate, which is low end disruption competing with the big ones offering 5 times more price. 6. Both daughter and son are equal for the parents, it's not valid to say that because she is a girl, we all are supporting. We are supporting the courage of a young person who wants to take the tough route to create jobs and a better life for her family in future. 7. Someone said she is doing job because jobs are less, imagine if Dhirubhai Ambani thought the same way when he started business? 8. Panipuri business has 60% gross margin. She is taking home profits which is far better than the companies burning millions of dollars. 9. Someone says education is wasted. It's completely wrong, education is well utilised because she is creating jobs for others. 10. McDonald's is the largest chain of restaurant in the World. Do you know that it also has a humble beginning? No job is small, and everything starts from somewhere. Let me do the maths for you: 1) 30 per plate x 100 customers per day 2) 3000 x 350 days per year working 3) That's 10 lakhs per year 4) She has opened 4 branches in 4 months, this way she can open 100 branches in 3 years. 5) 10 lakhs x 100 branches = 10 crores per year 6) Approximately 60% is the gross profit 7) Net profit 3 crores p.a. which is more than the salary package of most of the people commenting negative. Please don't ignore this post thinking that there is nothing special. It is special because we as a society needs to support the youth to create jobs for our Nation. #repost My dad left for heavenly abode when I was in class 10, just before the final exams. I got 33 marks in Maths. My dream of becoming an engineer was shattered. My relatives took the business empire that my Dad built. I was left with my mother and 9 years younger brother to take care of. They took away the 50k that I saved from my pocket money. I worked in the same factory where I was the owner. My relative took over the entire business and treated me like a labour. He humiliated me everyday, even asked me to commit suicide. But, I never gave up. Built my career myself by working and studying. I did masters in business and Bachelor's in Law with A grade. Started business and accumulated wealth through hard-work. I started a small business of recruitment. I took a small office, I used to stick posters at Bus Stops to attract job seekers. Everybody made fun of me because it was a small setup. I painted the walls, did flooring myself, repaired the chairs and use to wipe the floor everyday. I changed many businesses, finally made some money, but again... I lost all my life's savings in apartments that I bought from Amrapali, SRS, NRI Global builders. My Mom suffered from stage 4 cancer, I had to go to hospital for her treatment, for 10 years, then she left us. My co-founder cheated me while I was focusing on my mother's treatment. Lost huge money in shares. One more time I was left with nothing, but debt. But, I never gave up. I rebuilt myself again. Pareshani bhi ab pareshan kar kar ke khud pareshan ho gai hai. I learnt to rebuild myself from scratch. I ceased to believe on luck, I started building my future. Slowly and gradually everything got on track. Now I have enough to help others. I promised myself to generate a million jobs. So far I have advised 1000+ Entrepreneurs, invested in 134 companies through StartupLanes. We help Entrepreneurs by funding their company, make Super Stockists and Distributors for them and we build their Master Franchisee and Franchisee network. I have helped 1000s of people get a good job without taking any fee. I don't even expect a thank you as I believe helping others should be without any expectation.
