LTL Residential Delivery? If you sell products to residential buyers, you might as well be driving the truck. What I mean is the experience your customer has with the delivery company reflects directly on you as a merchant. I've had my fair share of experience with carriers making resi drops. This driver, Jordan D. at XPO is THE MAN. I've got to say, this was a great experience and leaves me feeling good about XPO as a partner solution for residential shippers. Your best asset will ALWAYS be your people.
