Please have someone from your quality control team contact me. I am tired after 1.5 years of waiting on replacement doors, painting, HORRIBLE contractor repairs. Waiting and waiting and no one shows up. My time is just as valuable as yours. There is no way you are America's most trusted home builder - it's all about the bottom line and hurry up to close as many homes as you can. WOULD YOU PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR THE HOMEOWNERS? Of course it’s a joke. My whole new community with average price of $850k homes have so many issues defects and roof leaks all over since 2 weeks of my closing. Still under a year and never experienced worse house purchase ever in my life. The dream home became the biggest nightmare!

Congratulation Sheryl and TM. However as a brand new homeowner in Story Rock, Scottsdale, we have not experienced the same level of enthusiasm you are conveying to everyone. Its been almost 5 months since we purchase our home and we still have too many quality/workmanship issues with our new home, including a flood three weeks before Christmas, caused by poor quality product selections. I will spare the details here and will send a letter. I just thought you would like to know Thanks Rich P

6moI will contact you after I have a comprehensive property inspection and I will send you the report. I’m discouraged by the customer service and build quality of the subcontractors and supervisors that Taylor Morrison employed with the build of my home and would prefer not to have those people in my home doing the repairs. The repairs of the basic build and missing contracted purchases are numerous. I didn’t hire Taylor Morrison to semi-build my home. I hired Taylor Morrison to build a home that I contracted for. Warranted items are items that break or aren’t functioning after closing. I was forced to close on a home that has broken,nonfunctional items and horrible tiling in addition to missing payed for items. I’m so incredibly upset at Sean Lindhout, Stephanie Pascoe and all of their supervisors. I will be contacting you in early March with the complete list including but not limited to: missing trim on the front door, exterior and interior, main shower wall and floor tiles improperly installed and grouted. no exterior patio landing, holes in stucco, tiles in entire home not grouted 3/16th in kitchen cabinets, six with crooked door handles. garage walls not painted to the standard of the models ect….ect…
