CCO roles, yes. CCO pay? Not so much. It's nice to see progress, but there is much more work to do.
When looking at most Csuite roles held by women in large corporates they seem to usually, Comms, HR, Legal! It would be great to see more women not only in CEO roles but also CCO, COO, CTO and CFO!
