What an incredible week! What an honour to spend the evening at the Women in Finance Summit & Awards Series Awards on Wednesday with the most inspiring women! Huge thank you for the invite Afua Kyei and giving me this opportunity. It was lovely to spend the evening with Afua, Sandie Small, Tangy C Morgan MSc, CII , Zanib Malik, Cheryl Cole, Deborah Harris FCA 📣 and many others. Proud is an understatement on how I feel today. For working at the Bank of England but also for being Co-Chair with Rhys French & Katie Taylor for such an amazing network. Today the Stonewall WEI has been announced and not only have we maintained our Gold Award, we have gone UP in the index. Well done everyone 🙌🏻 The Bank’s LGBTQ+ Network strives to make the Bank a more inclusive place for our colleagues, creating a safe space and pushing forward positive changes - and all on top of their day role. Huge thank you to them all for their continued efforts and passion.
