Proud is an understatement on how I feel today. For working at the Bank of England but also for being Co-Chair with Rhys French & Katie Taylor for such an amazing network. Today the Stonewall WEI has been announced and not only have we maintained our Gold Award, we have gone UP in the index. Well done everyone 🙌🏻 The Bank’s LGBTQ+ Network strives to make the Bank a more inclusive place for our colleagues, creating a safe space and pushing forward positive changes - and all on top of their day role.
