They don’t need the interruption of work-related messages. If they’re off, let them be off. Ensuring your team's well-being is your top priority. And remember to make sure to find time for your own break. We can’t function if our batteries are empty. Questioning everything doesn't help. Looking for clarifications every time doesn't help. Asking reasonable questions and minimizing clarifications definitely helps to save time and energy.
