If anyone needs convincing of how valuable a purpose built, (genuinely) user-friendly knowledge management platform is to an organization - then take a look because this will knock your socks off. I don’t really want to dwell on the Gen AI bit, as in my mind this is not about the tech (sorry Vignesh Swaminathan!) - this is about humans needing to understand other humans, and how that understanding brings consumer-centricity to the heart of an organization.
